Has anyone gotten Married and had their Honeymoon through Sandals Vacations? How was it?

I’m interested in doing the wedding/honeymoon as cheap as possible, but also as fun as possible on a budget. Anyone done the weddingmoon through Sandals? I want to know how much it might cost, if it was worth it, hidden costs, and so on……..

my cousin did it it cost her 13000.00 that was vacation for 8 days in a nice room all her meals flight and wedding with a reception and photos and video and she had 8 of us attend but that isnt inculding our rooms and flights
I got Married in Sandals Negril Last year. Weddingmoons are free if you book for 6 days I think. Of course there are things you can do as "add-on's" but they aren't really needed and they don't pressure you. We got the twilight package last year, which is unfortunately no longer offered, this had extra things and cost 1500. Our trip to Sandals Negril for 7 days was $4,500.00, not bad at all considering what you will spend to have a wedding here. (and you'll get a free wedding, no there aren't stings attached) Pictures and such of course aren't included in the regular Weddingmoon, additional for that stuff. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL and I do it the exact same way all over again!!
we originally wanted to get married at sandals but as it's adults only it meant that my little sister wouldn't be able to attend so we chose to just honeymoon there insted. We went to Antigua and it was beautiful! We did however see a few wedding whilst we were there and I must admit that we were glad we didn't do it there. It just didn't seem very personal, more of a production line. But you will hear comments supporting both positive and negative. If you and your partner just wanted to get married with a few family members present then its definatly a good idea, but I am also sure that there are other weddingmoons in places other than sandals that will be alot cheaper, although it was fab, you are payin for the name. good luck and enjoy your special day whatever you chose to do!
